Ordering

Order could be placed either by phone, fax, letter or e-mail including the purchaser's full name, address and daytime phone number during our office hours. Our answering machine will take all off-hours calls. Facsimile or e-mail is also available 24 hours.

Shipping

Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. There will be a minimum shipping and handling cost of $12.00 for all orders within Canada. Additional shipping cost will apply due to weight. Delivery will be made by Canada Post Expedited service unless stated. An extra charge will apply on "rush" shipping (i.e. Express Post, next day, etc). All C.O.D. shipments are subject to an additional $8.00.
Purchase of CAD less than $100 = CAD $12.00
Purchase of CAD $101-$400.00 = 8% of purchase
Purchase over CAD $400.00 = 5% of purchase

Payment

All payment should be made before delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, money order and business or personal checks. Checks are payable in Canadian dollar to "Hi-Med HealthCare Products Inc". There is a $20.00 penalty charge for NSF checks. All Delinquent accounts are subject to a finance charge of 3% per month.

Tax

G.S.T. : Goods and Services Tax 5%(all Canadian residents)
H.S.T. : Hamonized Sales Tax 13% ( residents of Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Bunswick, Ontario), Hamonized Sales Tax 12% ( residents of BC)
